Mamubazi Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know

1 General Information

Mamubazi is an international online gaming and betting platform operated through the mamubazi.app domain. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Mamubazi and its users.

Mamubazi reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified in advance of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration

3 Deposits & Payments

Mamubazi accepts popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh for deposits. The general deposit rules are as follows:

• Minimum deposit is ৳100.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there's a delay for any reason, please contact support.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Payments from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• Mamubazi does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If suspicious payment activity is detected, Mamubazi reserves the right to hold the deposit until the investigation is complete.

4 Withdrawal Rules

The following rules apply when withdrawing funds from Mamubazi:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals typically take between 30 minutes and 24 hours to process.
• VIP members' withdrawal requests are processed on a priority basis.
• KYC verification may be required before processing a large withdrawal for the first time.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Mamubazi may place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests in cases of suspicious activity. Once the investigation is complete and everything checks out, the request will be processed promptly.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement. For example, a 30x wagering requirement means you must bet 30 times the bonus amount.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Mamubazi. Any violation may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Mamubazi may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to provide KYC documents.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• At a member's request, as part of a self-exclusion or responsible gaming measure.
